  16. One licensed (registered) copy of Active Desktop Calendar may either be used by 
  17. a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers 
  18. (workstations), or installed on a single computer (workstation) used 
  19. nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both.

  24. This agreement shall be governed by the International Copyright laws.

  32. environments into which Active Desktop Calendar may be put, NO WARRANTY
